Cleveland Artists Foundation

ArtNeo

Cleveland Artists Foundation, formerly ArtNEO, is a small-scale museum rather than a gallery. Unlike a gallery, which primarily shows art for sale, its mission is to collect the work of significant Cleveland artists in multiple media to preserve it for education, research and exhibitions. The dozens of artists in its permanent collection range from the 19th century to those working in Cleveland today, with a strong core in the “Cleveland school” of the first half of the 20th century. Its gallery space on the ground floor of the 78th Street Studios features exhibits of the work of a particular artists as well as group shows on particular themes.

CAF is open Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from noon-5pm, Thursdays from noon-8pm, and every Third Friday until 9pm. Other hours by appointment. Contact executive director John Farina at 216-227-9507 to learn more.
