Rocky River’s Lovely Paperie and Gifts, which opened in February 2014, is indeed full of lovely items, including stationery, special event cards, invitations, guest books and the sort of keepsake gift items that tell keeping reminding someone how special they are to you. They’ll create custom invitations and other items for you too. “Basically if you can put it on paper, we can create it for you,” they say. The store reflects owner Kate Fortney’s love of pretty paper.
