Finally. As much as Cle is a foodie town, our “foodie-ness” is mostly based on one thing — meat… and other items based on animal products. Sure, bacon is trendy, but plant-based diets also are growing in popularity. Knowing that “great food blurs boundaries,” Fire Food and Drink presents their first vegan dinner event.

“I loved the idea of challenging our culinary team to come up with a complete menu that both vegans and non-vegans would love,” Doug commented.
“Animal based ingredients aren’t necessary to craft great food but vegan cuisine does require a different creative approach to building flavor and complexity into a dish,” reflected sous chef David Treaster.
