Rutabaga Nights Returns

Vegetables Everywhere Rejoice!

CoolCleveland correspondent Julie Cajigas caught up with Margaret Brinich, one of the organizers of Rutabaga Nights, to learn more about rutabagas, local produce and how to get down! Proceeds from this upscale garden party will benefit the Lakewood Earth & Food (LEAF) Community and their awesome programs including LEAF Nights, which offers weekly access for hundreds of families to local Community Supported Agriculture programs, and support for over 150 community garden plots.

Head out to Rutabaga Nights, the shindig of the growing season, this Sat 5/1 from 7PM – midnight at the Lake Erie Screw Factory Building at 13000 Athens Avenue, Lakewood, and enjoy local food from some of the best restaurants in Cleveland, local beer and wine, local music, a fun silent auction and other great surprises.
