Lynn Phares’ and Joel Elvery’s Mechanic Street House Concerts, taking place in their Ohio City living room, are back on track again after a short hiatus. And they’ve got a great show on tap: Athens, Georgia-based Eric Bachmann, who rose to indie-rock fame as lead singer for the revered Archers of Loaf in the ’90s before forming Crooked Fingers in the late ’90s. He’s also got a trio of solo albums to his credit including a new self-titled album and he’s the touring guitarist for beloved Americana singer Neko Case.

He’s currently doing a living room/house concert tour, with most dates already sold out. Lynn and Joel say this one will probably be too. So if you’re interested go to Bachmann’s website to reserve your spot. “This is going to be a concert that people will remember for years,” say the hosts. It’s a $25 donation. Doors open at 7:30. “This is going to be a concert that people will remember for years,” say the hosts.
