Sun 9/13 @ 2PM
The Hudson Library & Historical Society has always had a busy schedule of local, mostly acoustic, music in different genres. And they’re continuing to feature concerts virtually.
On Sunday September 13, they’re presenting a northeast Ohio duo called Celtic Connections, who play Scottish and Irish piping music. Brian Bigley plays traditional Irish instruments uillean pipe, flute and whistle. He’s performed at Irish festivals and music events in the U.S. and in Ireland. Ian Crane has been a performing for 32 years, playing Highland bagpipes, Scottish smallpipes and border pipes. Together they’ll perform traditional tunes such as “March of the San Patricio,” “Ducks on the Millpond,” “Wild Mountain Thyme” and “She Moved Through the Fair.”
The concert will air on the Hudson Library’s Facebook page Sunday September 13 @ 2pm and will be available to stream on the library’s YouTube face after that.
