Waterloo Arts’ annual holiday fundraiser The Art of the Ornament, got delayed a bit but it is happening, just on a new date.
For this event, local artists contribute works of art small enough to hang on a tree to be auctioned off. And this year, after two years, the auction returns in person. Visit the gallery to see the ornaments, which will adorn the space, and bid on your favorites, silent auction-style. At the end of the evening, you can walk out the door with the ornaments you win.
At the same time, you can visit its Co-op Holiday sale featuring an array of locally made items, which will be going on at the same time, through Sunday December 18.
