Rock Hall’s Free Thursday Happy Hours on the Plaza Kick Off

The Rock Hall’s summer programming launches this week with its Thursday Happy Hours, a time to come down and just hang out on the plaza, grab something from the food and beer trucks and listen to some music.

Throughout June, the month of Juneteenth, the Happy Hours will feature live music by local African-American artists, starting with singer/rapper/multi-instrumentalist Marcus Smith on June 2. Tapper Jinari Kemet performers on June 9, follows by Rising Star contestant Gabrielle Nicole on June 23, and singer/songwriter Liz Bullock on June 30. On June 18-19, they’ll be hosting a Juneteenth celebration with a variety of performers including Djapo Cultural Arts leafing a dance and drum circle.

The Happy Hour Thursdays are free and open to all.
