Dinner Under the Stars at BAYarts Is a Vegan/Vegetarian Feast

BAYarts is pulling out all the stops for its vegan/vegetarian Dine in the Park farm-to-table dinner under the stars, put together by the the Leaf. The extensive menu features homemade Tortellini skewers with ricotta & lemon filling, kale basil pesto and roasted pesto sauces; Korean bulgogi tofu lettuce wraps; fruit skewers with mint honey lime drizzle; carrot-and-beet burgers and much more, including a selection of pastries and cocktails.

But it’s not just about food. Chef Brittany Reilly will be demonstrating how to make and fold tortellini and other pasta and how to pipe and fill cream puffs. Brent Hopper will regale the crowd with bluegrass, blues and Irish music. And the Leaf will have items for sale.

Tickets are $25 and are available in advance only.
