See What’s in Bloom in the Mentor Marsh with CMNH

Sun 7/30 @ 2PM

As the season progresses, different flowers have their own seasons to blossom. Learn what’s out this time of year by taking a “Midsummer Blooms” hike with a Cleveland Museum of Natural History naturalist.

They’ll lead the  group through the Mentor Marsh to explore what’s currently in bloom in different habitats there, including prairie, wetlands and woodland borders.

The walk is moderately paced and family-friendly.  Sturdy shoes and long pants are suggested; bring a camera, binoculars or whatever you like to use to explore nature. Meet at the Carol H. Sweet Nature Center at 5185 Corduroy Road in Mentor. Go here to register.
