This weekend, WOLFS Gallery in Beachwood will be opening another show by a significant northeast Ohio artist.
The Strange World of George Mauersberger features the large-scale drawings of this artist who lives on Cleveland’s west side and works in pastel, graphite and watercolor. Most of his works are on paper and feature images with some variation of realism. He was also a professor of drawing at Cleveland State University from 1986-2019.
There’s a free public reception this Friday to launch the show, which will be on view through Sunday January 7
