Fri 7/31
Prosperity Social Club is a popular handout in Tremont, with its comfort food menu, handcrafted cocktails and its comfortable patio. And, like most Cleveland restaurants and bars, it’s been closed for a long season.
This week it’s opening back up, with a lot of changes, starting with new hours and limited capacity so reservations are highly recommended. And on opening night, Friday July 31, it will only serve drinks and its signature Fish Fry menu, since it was closed throughout Lent. Then it will start to filter in other popular selections from its menu.
Here’s the best part. Love Prosperity’s food but aren’t quite ready to risk indoor or even patio dining despite the newly installed Plexiglass dividers, increased sanitation and carryout tables along Starkweather Avenue? Spacious Lincoln Park is right across the street!
“For those who want to head across the street to enjoy the beauty and space of Lincoln Park while the weather’s still nice, we’ll be putting together an appetizer, main course and light dessert planned and packaged specifically for al fresco dining,” says Prosperity owner Bonnie Flinner. “We’ll even have blankets available for purchase if you find yourself unexpectedly beguiled by the Park or a Tremont arts event on a sunny Saturday or Sunday.”
In addition to implementing and exceeding industry guidelines, Flinner has added Plexiglas space dividers, sanitizing options and carryout tables along Starkweather.
