Visible Voice Books Hosts Reading by Three Authors

Fri 7/21 @ 7PM

Visible Voice Books in Tremont will bury you in author readings tonight, so if that’s your thing, come on down, grab some wine or beer from their bar (they also have coffee and tea) or order up a pizza from Crust Pizza downstairs to eat while you listen.

Authors include Cal Freeman from Detroit, where he’s writer-in-residence at InsideOut literary Arts Detroit an teaches at Oakland University. He’s the author oa couple of books of poetry and more of his work has appeared in journals and anthologies.

Essayist and fiction writer Sarah Pazur is also from Michigan where she earned a PhD at Oakland University. She’s also published in numerous journals.

Mitch James, on the other hand, is from Ohio! He’s a professor of composition and literature at Lake County’s Lakeland Community College and managing editor at Great Lakes Review. He’s written a novel called Seldom Seen: A Miner’s Tale, along with works of short fiction, poetry and academic scholarship.

The event is free; no registration is required. Come early to browse and buy more books than you planned. That always happens to me.
