But, at the end of October, he was involved in a serious accident while practicing for the upcoming season. His bike stalled while making one of his biggest jumps, leaving him with no control. He came down headfirst and the impact caused a T4 injury, leaving him paralyzed from the chest down w/ partially collapses lungs, broken ribs, two broken collarbones and bleeding behind his eye.
