Relocated Home To Cleveland, The Midnight Slander Debuts New Album @Mahalls20Lanes

MidnightSlander

Fri 10/10 @ 9PM

The Midnight Slander isn’t a familiar name in the local music scene. That has a lot to do with the fact that the band formed in Charleston, South Carolina before moving up to Cleveland, where singer/songwriter Dave Conner is original from, earlier this year.

He’s joined by fellow Cleveland native, drummer/pianist Mike Gray, and bassist Al Rodriguez, a music education major at Case Western Reserve. Together they play pop/rock with a folk feel and a funky groove. They’ve completed a full-length release called The Long Way Home they’ll be showcasing at Mahall’s. So you can check out some new faces on the scene and snag a copy of the record to take home. Tom Evanchuck and Gypsydaze are also on the bill.

Admission is $10, which includes the album.
