Cleveland-based Inlet Dance Theatre, which centers dance as a tool for personal growth and development, returns to Cain Park, where they’ve been regulars for 20 summers, with two free performances.
They open on Friday with a matinee aimed at kids and families that features short performances of new works they’ll premiere the next night, demonstrations and audience performance activities. If your kids get excited by what they see, bring them back Saturday evening for the full 20th anniversary performance, featuring repertory and news works, including a new piece called Hiding and Revealing. Dancers from the Inlet Summer Dance Intensive and the Inlet Trainee & Apprentice Program will be among those featured.
And yes, we did say both performances at totally free.
