It never hurts to get in few laughs at the end of a fraught year, especially when it means welcoming home Cleveland native Dave Hill who moved on to New York City to make his mark as a comedian, actor, musician and writer.
And he certainly done so. He’s appeared on shows such as appeared on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Joe Pera Talks with You, Inside Amy Schumer, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, and The Jim Gaffigan Show, among shows, and plays a Devo-Obsesso weed dealer in the film Drunk Bus. He’s also a regular contributor to NPR’s This American Life and Live from Here with Chris Thile (formerly Prairie Home Companion) and hosts the podcast The Dave Hill Goodtime Hour.
He’ll take the stage before a hometown crowd at the Grog Shop for his annual holiday show. He’ll be joined by two of Cleveland’s best-known wits, Mike Polk and Bill Squire.
