Local Chefs Share Food and Tips at Gourmets in the Garden

The Cleveland Botanical Garden’s Gourmets in the Garden series is back, offering a series of monthly Thursday evenings, where guests can sample bites of summer-y foods from different area chefs in CBGs beautiful setting.

It opens this week with Chef Sean Sidebottom of high-end event company Marigold Catering, which typically does weddings, benefits an corporate events. It continues in July with a team from Shaker Square soul-fusion restaurant Zanzibar on July 20, Eric Rogers of Cajun/Creole-influenced Black Box Fix on August 17, and concluding as it began with Marigold Catering. Chefs will also share tips on creating a summer meal using local ingredients while they are so abundant.
