Greyt Culture’s Greyt Big Talks feature a different speaker each month, each one a creator, entrepreneur or change-maker, sharing their background and how they do what they do. Each takes place at a different location, offering attendees a change to discover new places.
The morning talks also include a free breakfast and coffee, live music performances, original work by local artists and designers, and short pitches by community people about projects they’re working on.
This month’s talk takes place at Studio Pop Shell, a photo studio located in Tyler Village (1427 E. 36th Street, Suite 2003B). And the speaker is Aimon Ali, described as “a fashion entrepreneur” who produced runway shows and served as a stylist and creative director in Toronto prior to moving to Cleveland almost years ago with her native Clevelander husband. She worked for the Cleveland Clinic initially before realizing that fashion was her passion. Since then she’s produced fashion shows in a midtown warehouse and at the Cleveland Museum of Art through her new company, Fashion Talks which will produce events in Cleveland and other states and offer services to creative businesses.
The Greyt Big Talk will also be filmed to share online. It’s free but you must register. Go here.
