The Singin’ Fiddlin’ Quebe Sisters Are Back in Town at Peninsula’s G.A.R. Hall

Sat 8/26 @ 8PM

Seems like northeast Ohio just can’t get enough of the fiddle-playing, harmonizing Quebe Sisters from Fort Worth. They performed here at the Kent Stage earlier in the summer and now they’re back to play in a more intimate setting, Peninsula’s historic G.A.R. Hall.

Grace, Sophia and Hulda started performing in public when they weren’t even in their teens yet, winning numerous fiddle championships together and on their own. They got plenty of performance seasoning as teenagers opening to major country artists like Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard and George Strait, playing music steeped in traditional country and Western swing.

They released a couple of albums in 2003 and 2007, but they really came into their own with 2014’s Every Which-A-Way, the first real example of their fully developed grown-up style.

Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 day of show.
