The soundscapes bowed by CJ Boyd act as a travelogue for his journey back and forth across this continent. Bassist, composer, and vagabond, Boyd uses low-end loops and voices in order to try and stop time. Each loop is a slowly fleeting memory of where he once was.
Ohio native and Texas-influenced musician-songwriter, Caitlin Kraus sings raw biographic lyrics of lost love. She sings “at the bottom of a well, nighttime folk, at the top of a tree.”
Local harp and bass duo, Magic Murder Bag casts hypnotic spells reminiscent of fantastic forces of sorcery and enchantment. From local indie rock band Soft Copy, Paul Ryan will debut his new solo project.
