Storytelling nights at bars have taken the country by storm, and Cleveland hasn’t been immune. Regular story nights take place at various venues around the county including the Happy Dog in Gordon Square, which hosts Keep Talking Storytelling on the first Wednesday of every month.
These events general have several scheduled speakers, often local “celebrities,” with additional times slots open to anyone who submits a pitch and gets selected. The stories are real-life tales of things that happened to the storyteller, often with a particular theme, but not always. This month’s theme is “kids” — being a kid, having a kid or even just acting like a kid!
Admission for listeners is $5.
