It’s still peak harvest time, and many farmers markets will continue thgrough September and even into October. But the Geauga Park District’s West Woods Wednesdays Farm Market will wrap up on Wednesday September 9.
Come out to the picnic shelters to check out the vendors, all offering locally grown and locally made items, including fresh produce, valued-added food products, syrup and honey, dog and cat foods, handmade soaps and candles, purses, wallets and masks, Cleveland T-shirts, and many more handmade items. There’ll be a concession trailer selling food and drink and Rebecca Wohlever will be providing live ambient music.
The market is free; masks and social distancing are required. A list of vendors will be posted the week of the event. Go here and look under “Activities” and then under “special events & art shows.”
