The next show at Kaiser Gallery, Tremont’s gallery-cum-cocktail lounge, is called Leigh Brooklyn: All of Me. It’s a solo show of work by the Cleveland-based multi-disciplinary artist and activist whose detailed, highly realistic figurative paintings were featured in the CAN Triennial this summer. She not only creates original paintings, but also makes prints, T-shirts and stickers that address issues such as domestic abuse.
All of Me shows how she developed her style and how her work evolved to meet the necessities of the current cultural climate.”
The show will be on view through November 6.
