Mon 11/22 @ 9:30AM-noon & 1:30-4PM
What inspires you to write? If you’re having a hard time getting started (and believe me, that’s almost always the hardest part of writing!), join the Geauga Park district at Robert McCullough Science Center’s Observatory Park for a workshop session on Nature Journaling.
You’ll learn some basics about turning your nature observations into vivid, memorable words you’ll enjoy reading gins and again and maybe sharing with family and friends. This moth’s inspiration will be the night sky, even though both morning and afternoon sessions take place in the daylight. They will be partly outdoors however, and you are free to take photos.
There’s a one-time registrations fee of $20 ($24 for out-of-county residents) for the monthly series and you get a journal, pen and pencil to keep and use as well.
Registration by phone is required. Call 440-286-9516.
