Thu 12/10-Sun 12/13
Beck Center for the Arts’ Youth Theater is forging ahead with its season, and a second virtual production, this one holiday-themed.
A Christmas Peril takes off on the oft-performed Charles Dickens seasonal classic and turns it on its head. A cast of 25 performers demonstrates everything that can go wrong while getting prepared for the upcoming celebrations. It’s written and directed by Beck’s log-time theater educator Rachel Spence. The play was rehearsed online to keep cast and crew safe and healthy.
The production will have four performances: Thursday December 10 @ 10am, Friday December 11 and Saturday December 12 @ 7:30pm and Sunday December 14 @ 3pm. Tickets are $12 for one viewer, $22 for two or more, and it’s suitable for all ages. Go here to buy tickets.
