Sun 4/2 @ 7PM
Cleveland vocalist Dan Vannater is known for his easy familiarity with and deft approach to The Great American Songbook, those classics by early-mid 20th century popular composers that have found their way into every jazz vocalist’s repertoire. As one of the area’s most accomplished cabaret performers, he creates an intimacy that doesn’t preclude vocal fireworks. He’s also released four albums including his most recent, Give Me Something Real.
He’s making his debut at Market Garden Brewery in a series presented by Jim Wadsworth productions. There he’ll be ably baked by Eric Everett Jazz, with Everett on drums, Jeff Slater on bass and Ed Ridley on keyboards.
Admission is $20
