Through Sun 1/2/22
Every year, the Cleveland Botanic Garden hosts a lavish holiday display and this year is no different.
A Garden Holiday, which runs through Sunday January 2, features lighting displays, evergreen trees decorated by garden clubs, colorful poinsettias, and of course, the popular gingerbread houses, created by members of the community. There are 66 of them, and if you go to see them, you can vote for your favorite. The event also includes special programming on the terrace on weekends, weather permitting, such as Hot Cocoa Storytime and Marshmallow Roasting.
During the holidays Cleveland Botanical Garden is open Mondays-Saturdays @ 10am-5pm and Sundays @ noon-5pm. It’s closed on Saturday December 25 and January 1 and only open until 3pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Check the website for special programming on weekends including a New Year’s Eve dance party for kids with DJ Kris Koch on Fri 12/31 @ 11am-2pm on the Terrace.
Admission is $16 for adults, $12 for kids 3-12. Advance reservations are advised.
