The Gardens and Green Spaces events aim to activate outdoor spaces in urban neighborhoods and bring people together for an afternoon of fun. The second in the series of three takes place at a green space at East 75th and Charles Carr Place just south of Kinsman Road in the Garden Valley neighborhood.
The theme of the afternoon is “Celebrating the Hip Hop Culture” so bring your raps, your breakdances and your graffiti art. And if you wear a costume of some kind, you might win tickets to 107.9’s Summer Jam that evening at the Q, featuring T.I, Wale, Young Thug and more.
