It’s spooky season, the month of Halloween. But you don’t have to celebrate in tacky mass-produced, store-bought outfits. You can look dark and foreboding — AND glamorous. Come see how at a gothic-style fashion show at the B-Side Liquor Lounge.
You’ll see unique fashions from Blind Tiger Vintage, the Kilted Brothers and Beth Biasella’s Eerie Elegance, whose fashionably tattered handmade garments — which you may have seen displayed at the boutique of the macabre, Pugsley’s Room, at 78th Street Studios — are lavish, intricate and graceful.
The mood will be enhanced with tarot card readers, music spun by DJ Hardon and local band Vivora. All the clothes modeled, as well as additional clothes by the designers, will be for sale. The event is free.
