Coventry’s PEACE Campus Building Shows Off its Creativity at PEACE Pops

A number of arts-related organizations and businesses are located in the Coventry PEACE Building in Cleveland Heights, and every three months, they get together to host PEACE Pops, when they open their doors to the community and show off all the creative activities going on there.

April’s PEACE Pops event will include open studios at ARTFUL, hosted by the artists who have their practices there; Object Commentary art exhibit by ARTFUL executive director Shannon Morris; a poetry open mic with Lake Erie Ink; music by EJ DJ; modern line dancing workshops featuring Giant Dancing Elephants created by Robin VanLear, founder of Parade the Circle, and her team from Art Acts, Ltd.; a dance performance by students of Nova’s Performing Arts Center; a photo booth; and Zen Blend: A Yoga Infusion and Tea Exploration Workshop with artists Tondi Allen.

There’ll be free snacks and refreshments available as well. PEACE Pops is free and open to everyone. No registration is necessary.
