WalkAllOverWaterloo

Fri 9/2 @ 5-9PM

This month’s Walk All Over Waterloo features several new shows you’ll definitely want to check out, including a new body of work from photographer Eric Rippert at the Maria Neil Art Project and lushly colored pop art-inspired work from Rachel Latina at the Article Gallery. Waterloo Arts will be opening a new show titled Without Commercial Interruption, in which artists Donald Black Jr., Amber N. Ford and Martinez E.B. reflect on racial inequality in America.

Over at Satellite Gallery, Alenka Banco has curated a show on the theme of time and memory featuring installations by five artists: Graham Beck, Kirsten Lee Houck, Erin Jesson, Diane Fleisch Hughes and Rob Rosin. And Praxis Fiber Workshop’s gallery will feature Divergence: artwork by Susan McClelland and Clare Murray Adams, using the embroidery/quilting hoop to structure their fiber art works.

Other businesses on the street including Brick and Dru Christine Design will be open as well. Come out and walk up and down Waterloo.
