Cleveland’s decade-long Sustainable Cleveland 2019 generated a lot of ideas, actions, groups and collaborations, giving plenty for area activists to work on long after the project wrapped up last fall.
And the organization that drove it, Sustainable Cleveland, continues to do its work, including regular meetings that any interested person can attend — although for the time being, only virtually.
This month’s topic is the intersection of health and sustainability. Outreach and education liaison Philena Seldon will host a multi-generation panel looking at how health and sustainability are impacted in the present moment of COVID-19 and racial reckoning.
