The folks at Holden Arboretum in Kirtland know that you probably need a bit of an incentive to come out there at this time of year when the landscape is still gray and brown from winter and there’s little green or colorful happening.
So they’ve created one. This Friday it debuts its Fireside Friday concerts. Taking place in the Thayer Room next to the Corning Visitor Center, where there will be an actual fire warming the space, the evening will be hosted by Bob Corlett playing what they describe as “soothing sounds” to enjoy while you sip on your drink. One glass of wine or beer is included in the ticket price; more will be available for purchase. Doors open at 5:30pm.
