Cuyahoga Valley National Park’s networking nights at Happy Days Lodge give people a chance to learn something, enjoy some drinks and meet some like-minded people.
This month’s topic is “Ohio Lights Out,” an effort to protect darkness for wildlife and prevent the deaths of migratory birds whose worst enemy is lighted windows. Ohio Lights Out Coordinator Devin Mingesbruney, will talk about the Ohio Lights Out campaign’s approach to bird conservation and offer information on what you can personally do to help save the lives of migratory birds.
The program starts at 5 with networking and cocktails, with the speaker at 5:30 and a Q&A with the speaker at 5:15, then there’s another fifteen minutes for a quick drink and more networking to make sure you go the contacts of everyone you met.
