Book Collectors Will Want to Check Out the Akron Antiquarian Book Fair

Fri 3/28 @ 5-8PM

Sat 3/29 @ 10AM-4PM

If you’re a fan of collectible books and other old, rare paper items, you’ll want to be at the 39th Akron Antiquarian Book and Paper Show, hosted by the Northern Ohio Bibliophilic Society at the Knight Center in downtown Akron. It will be packed with dealers, collectors and others offering a huge selection of books, prints, maps and ephemera (programs, schedules and the like) for sale, many of them rare and collectible, others just fun and nostalgic, or readable.

For the first there’ll be a preview event the evening before from 5-8pm with drinks, eats and entertainment, and the chance to consort with the dealers and be the first to see what they’re offering. The main event takes place the following day from 10am-4pm. Admission is $5 at the door. NOBS members and preview ticket buyers are free.
