One of the most eagerly anticipated concerts on the Akron Symphony Orchestra’s annual schedule is its Gospel Meets Symphony program, returning in 2025 for the 31st year.
Joining the symphony for the evening is the Gospel Meets Symphony Choir, a massive assemblage with singers and musicians drawn from around 50 area church music programs and gospel groups. Together they perform an evening of inspiration gospel and classical music with enough power to blow your hair back.
