Once again, Cleveland comedian Mike Polk Jr and Cleveland historian/librarian John Skrtic have joined forced for one of their periodic evenings at the Music Box Supper Club called “Mike Polk’s Twisted Takes on Cle Historical Photos.”
Skrtic provides the photos from the vast collection at the Cleveland Public Library where he works, looking for images that are unusual and offbeat, some of which have never been seen before. Polk then provides the stories to go with them — and no, these aren’t the REAL stories, they’re the products of his comedic mind.
Doors open at 5pm for dinner, program starts at 7pm. Admission is $7. Make a reservation here.
