For some of us, a cat show is as close to heaven as we can get. And for those of you who feel this way, you’ll be excited to know that the Cleveland Persian Society is hosting a show this weekend at the Knight Center in Akron.
Don’t worry if Persians aren’t your thing because you don’t have an hour every day for grooming, something this breed needs a lot of. It’s an all-breed show meaning that the 150+ cats expected to be there will run the gamut from the hairless Sphinx to the fluffy Siberian to the floppy ragdoll to the best cat on earth: the Siamese, if you please (and you’d better!)
You can watch the judging, chat with breeders to learn more about their cats, and browse vendors offering cat-related products. Admission is $15 and tickets are available at the door. Go here for more information.
