We’ve Got Proof with Kentucky Owl at Sora & Hyde Park restaurants in December, 2024
We’ve Got Proof is an alcohol education program created in 2023 by Cleveland Independents to introduce the public to an assortment of premium quality spirits.
- A representative from the spirits company is on hand at the dinners to discuss flavor profiles and nuances.
- Four-course dinners are created by member chefs which not only are indicative of their creative abilities but also of their ability to pair their food with a premium spirit
- These exclusive dinners are limited to 30 persons/restaurant.
- Advance reservations are required along with a $50 deposit which will be applied to the dining total
About Kentucky Owl
- Kentucky Owl is a premium bourbon and the recipient of a Double Gold Medal as the Gold Medal recipient at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition
- Founded in 1879 and operating until prohibition became legal, the government seized 250,000 gallons of Kentucky Owl taking it away for safekeeping
- Bottles of Kentucky Owl average over $100. Its Mardi Gras XO Cask may be priced at $499+
