Entrepreneurial Cleveland drag artist Anhedonia Delight has, not unexpectedly, an unusual approach to the holiday spirit. Instead of “ho ho ho,” her theme for the December edition of her monthly GlamGore shows at the Grog Show, is “Hairy, Scary & Feral” — more Krampus than Santa. She tells us, “Inspired by all things feral and furry, performances are inspired by animalistic tendencies, animal tropes through comedy, camp, and gore. Let your hair down and tap into your inner animal instincts. Hibernation is over, it’s time to hunt!”
As usual she’s rounded up a cast that features local and regional performers and special guests. From around Ohio, there’s Commander Sins, Angel, Stevie Aura and Perry Areolar. Bringing in a little something extra are Laila McQueen from RuPaul’s Drah Race 88 and Auntie Heroine from Season 666 of The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula.
