Through January 31
Cleveland’s BorderLight Theatre Festival launched in 2019 — just in time to get shut down the next year by the pandemic. But it proved durable and came back the following year as a virtual festival and last year as an all-fringe festival, open to acts of all types: comedians, performance artists, drag and burlesque performers, circus acts, dancers, multi-disciplinary act and more.
This year BorderLight as a fringe festival returns July 16-19 and the call for submissions is now open. “We encourage submissions for performances and installations that push boundaries, inspire audiences, and celebrate the dynamic power of live performance!” they say.
You can find full application guidelines here. After reading them carefully, Submit your proposal here.
Deadline for submissions is January 31.
