Cleveland-based artist Bruce Checefsky has become known in the last several decades for his conceptual films and his abstracted photography. His new show Across the Surface of Color: Garden Photoscans by Bruce Checefsky features photos from his garden taken over the last few years, processed through a flatbed scanner. They’re describe as “captivating, ethereal and quite unlike any photographs you have ever seen.”
The exhibition opens at fine art photographer gallery Foothill Galleries in Cleveland Heights with an opening reception on Thursday October 10 @ 5-7:30pm. It will be on view through Sunday November 3.
