For the past month, the artists in the Tower Press Building have had their annual show on view in the building’s ground floor Wooltex Gallery. It features pieces by a dozen artists who work in a range of mediums from photography to painting, fashion design and jewelry, screen printing to computer design. Resident artist Susan Allen (work pictured) has returned from South Carolina’s Low Country to show her painting. Noted filmmaker Robert Banks has partnered with Tony Bank for an interactive display, landscape painter John Davis has new work on view, and Erica Miller has spun fiber and woven it into 3-D artwork.
If you missed the opening, don’t worry. They’re also holding a closing party on Saturday October 26 from 4-9pm. There’ll be wine, music and more. Wear a costume! All are welcome.
