The Heights Arts Gallery in Cleveland Heights is always arrayed with displays of work by local visual artists. But the space is also used to present intimate concerts by musicians in a range of genres.
This week it will be presenting a gallery concert with two classical pianists, Ralitsa Georgieva and Caroline Oltmanns. Georgieva hails from Bulgaria where she studied at the State Conservatory of Music; she has been on the faculty at the Cleveland Institute of Music since 2007. Oltmanns, a Fulbright Scholar who was educated in Germany and at UCLA, is a professor of piano at Youngstown State University, and a dedicated educator who hosts workshops and master classes around the country. She released a concept album called WIND in 2022.
