Rock Hall Dedicates Afternoon on its Plaza to Hispanic Heritage Month

One again the Rock Hall is dedicating its community day this month to Hispanic Heritage month, with an event on its plaza that celebrates Hispanic culture through the arts.

Performances on its outdoor stage kick off at noon with Comite Mexicano de Cleveland, followed at 1 by performers from the Julia de Burgos & Latina Image Leadership Program, at 2 by Club Dominicano De Cleveland and 3:30 by Blazin’. DJ Fuse will be emceeing the event and spinning records between acts.

A variety of local organizations and businesses will be on hand as well, offering information on their services or selling their work including the Latina Image Leadership Program, the Julia de Burgos Center, Future Ink Graphics, Club Dominicano de Cleveland, Lakeland Community College, Comite Mexicano de Cleveland, La Mega Radio, White Lotus Art Gallery by Alicia Vasquez, Moonlace by Yoly and Cleveland Burlesque Queen Bella Sin, founder of Cleveland Burlesque.

It’s free with RSVP. Rock Hall admission is not included.
