The Waterloo Arts Fest returned to North Collinwood’s Waterloo Arts District for the 24th year on a perfect sunny day, filling the street with music, vendors, food, dogs, street performers, great smells and things for kids to paint and climb on. You could try some yoga, buy some houseplants, pick up a free CD from college radio station WJCU or even register to vote. It’s one of the most neighborhood-oriented festivals so you were likely to run into someone you knew, while browsing booths manned by artists and makers who lived nearby.
