Cleveland’s Julia De Burgos Center at 2800 Archwood Avenue in Cleveland is holding its 10th Annual Hispanic-Latino Heritage Month Celebrando this weekend, honoring all aspects of Hispanic-Latin culture. There’ll be live music and dance, of course, with performances reflecting the talented members of the community. The event will also feature an exhibit of work by ten visual artists as part of its Unidos Por El Arte initiative. They include Gabrielle Banzhaf, Hector Castellanos Lara, Priscilla Florin, Hilda Gabarron, Jeyson Camilo Gonzalez Barragan, James Negron, Maya Peroune, Cierra Rembert, Yoly Rodriguez and Martha Sofia Santos
There’ll be kids activities and Hispanic food — free. There’ll even be a competitive dominos tournament; come cheer on the participants. Hope it doesn’t get rough like hockey!
