The International Women’s Air & Space Museum (IWASM) kicks off the weekend of the annual Cleveland Air Show with its own annual event Corks on the Concourse, its biggest annual event to support the work it does in its space at Burke Lakefront Airport to raise awareness of the contributions women have made to air and spae travel.
Given the name of the event, you’ve probably guessed that one of its central features is wine: a wine-tasting courtesy of Ohio wineries. There’ll also be trivia lightning rounds with prizes and a presentation honoring IWASM’s third annual Lifetime Achievement award recipient. There’ll also be a silent auction featuring gift baskets and special experiences.
