If you’re fond of retro/campy old films and TV shows, then you might find your bliss at the Grog Shop’s Midnight Rental presents Secret Movie Night with Lenora from the internet series Midnight Rental on the Found Footage Festival YouTube channel and co-host of The Big, Bad B-Movie Show. She’ll be joined by Ben Joines-Mundy.
It kicks off at 7pm with a reel of retro commercials before proceeding to Lenora’s movie pick of the month, unearthed from the back room of a long-closed video rental store (figuratively speaking). It could be almost any genre but you know it will be cheap, campy and poorly made. Movie theater faves such as popcorn, candy chips and pizza rolls will be available for purchase.
